Women of Lemuria & their healing technology

As my upcoming trip to Hawai’i (Lemuria) gets closer and closer, I feel her essence sweep into my life.

My connection to sound, water, stars, and energy all become heightened. My visionary state happens more often and there’s a sense of a new internal rhythm wanting to move through me, as if her magnetic lava rocks were underneath my feet, wiping me clean from the NYC hustle and bustle.

And as I work on the manual for the upcoming Ascension Intelligence trainings (more info below), I can’t help but tune into how so many women at this time are being called to remember these very same connections and healing gifts we had from the time of Mu.

The women and priestesses of Lemuria have chosen to return to earth at this time, and we have a very important role in the coming years ahead. It is our lemurian healing technologies and soul gifts that are already inside us, waiting to be remembered and activated, that will help the collective transition into a higher state of consciousness.

I can say this today because I denied it for myself for so long. I believed my connections and gifts were ordinary and nothing to ‘make light of’ but it turns out, the more I fall in love with them, the more I can see how they are needed.

So today, I want to share with you the healing soul gifts your lemurian akash is waiting to share with you, lemurian healing technologies that are aligned to the earth, the cosmos and the star systems that more necessary than ever before to help ourselves and those around us.

(And by the way, I know this article says women. I refer to my memories of being in Lemuria and working with lemurian priestesses, but all men are ofcourse welcome!)

How your interests may be more important than you know

This blog has been a long time coming and that’s partly because I’ve had to come to terms with what I’m here to share. It’s so much easier to hide our gifts, to hide behind labels like ‘sensitive’ and ’empath’ and to pretend our intimate connection with our healing abilities are nothing but simple aspects of our human life. 

As much as I’ve had to learn that I’m truly no different than anyone else, I‘ve also had to embrace and make light of my lemurian love for healing arts. Truly, deeply, obsessed with anything related to sound, water, crystals, nature and energy. But not just obsessed, it’s how I live. And although it’s so normal to me that I’ve been able to just hide behind it, I am now being called to share what is referred to as Ascension Intelligence Trainings; Immersive Weekends to explore, study and experience the lemurian healing arts of sound, water and quantum energy that will help others remember and spark their akash to the healing powers they have come in with!

Oh yeah, I’m stoked!

So as we’ve made our way back to the East Coast, closed our Hawai’i business and recreated our life, something new has awakened within me. Something I never thought was possible.

I have rekindled my love for my soul mission and started receiving a whole new line of work related to the Lemurian Priestess, but not the lemurian priestess as she was back in Mu, the lemurian priestess as who we have come to be today!

This is how the SOFIA School of Feminine Initiatory Arts has come in and why these Ascension Intelligence Trainings are coming in.

Lemurian souls have chosen to return and they have a very important role in the coming years. They carry a specific soul frequency that calls them toward the Divine Mother and her Great Work and there is nothing that can take them off this path. I know this to be true because I have lived it.

In 2014, my husband and I eloped to Hawai’i. This was out of pure chance. When he asked me what I thought about Hawai’i I responded: ‘I don’t know. Isn’t there something more interesting we could visit?’ (I know, I know – I was completely CLUELESS!!)

Needless to say, it took little convincing once I saw some pictures and videos. Either way, I didn’t expect much. I grew up in South Florida near the ocean, so all I expected were pretty beaches and some time away from the NYC hustle.

It was that trip that changed my life forever.

I would never be the same person again and that trip alone would open me to a whirlwind of experiences and a labyrinth of spiritual awakening I had no concept of at that time. For over a decade, I would remember, astral travel and eventually live in what I now call my ‘soul home’ of Mu.

 

Lemuria Rose Priestess arrives

So this was all just the beginning. It wasn’t until I lived on Oahu and began to work with the land and my memories that things really started to land for me.

I was hosting a women’s retreat one day with my Lemurian Sisters and during a ceremony, a very new frequency was anchored right through my body. I have been grounding and working with this frequency ever since and just recently I have started to mention it.

The Lemuria Rose Priestess and her lineage arrived in that moment, which would open my path to what I call Part II of my story.

Part 1 was simply the remembrance and acceptance of it all, lemuria, my skills, my connections. The deep knowing that I was being called to remember not only past life memories but something that extended way beyond what we consider past life – this was a soul destiny that was unfolding throughout a decade’s time and I was being called to embody it.

Part II arrived that day at the Women’s retreat, when I realized that my soul had brought in a unique frequency I once worked with in the time of Mu and it would be needed in the years to come.

Priestesses of Lemuria

It was while living we lived on Oahu that I began to see crystalline temples and began realized that the role of women in lemuria had to be remembered. I want to clarify that lemuria was around for several thousands of years and throughout many stages of human consciousness. What I will focus on today are my personal memories related to the Priestesses of Lemuria – the women of lemuria who were tasked with the duty of being a Bridge between worlds and a conduit of Higher Frequencies.

From my memories, this was closer to the early stages of Lemuria, where most of society was heart-centered and on earth for source-based creative exploration and soul development. Toward the end times of Mu, people began to seperate and the consciousness began to fall. The women and priestesses of Lemuria were given 2 options – they could stay on earth and take their wisdom and knowledge to far off lands, knowing that their role would likely have to shift in relation to the fall in consciousness, or they could leave all together.

Either way, I know many of us are back now.

The priestesses of lemuria were first and foremost in service to the Great Advancement & Exploration of Source Consciousness. They were not only in Service to the Divine, they were One with the Divine and considered themselves as so ~ an extension of Source as Creation.

This is a different state of consciousness than what we usually hear in terms of being of ‘service’ to the Divine.

As an extension of the Divine, the priestess of lemuria held Sacred their duties and role on earth, some of which included being the conduit of star consciousness (bringing in many multi-dimensional skills and technology), holding the balance of life across elementals and human consciousness and co-creating realities that would support Universal Expansion.

The Lemurian Priestess was devoted to the stars and the earth as ONE unit, working with a web of consciousness that transcended our understanding of time-space realities. 

This is important to understand because just as people as starting to wake up to the notion of being ‘one with the earth’ and realizing that every thought, word and emotion they live has a direct impact on the health and vitality of not only themselves but the entire earth, the women of lemuria who were considered priesteses took that a few notches up –

Lemurian priestesses understood their role, the earth and their co-creations to be a vital thread in the web of Life – the Great Life that was unfolding in the cosmos – across all star races and universes.

They were not here to ‘heal people’ or ‘care for the land‘ – they were representatives of Cosmic Alliances with the ultimate mission of making sure life unfolded for the highest good of All – the great ALL – the ONE.

Many times, people speak of priestesses as healers or oracles – this was not part of Lemurian Priestess life the way I remember it. The people of Lemuria were all natural healers because they were in tune with energy and the universal flow of consciousness. It was part of lemurian life to understand the entirety of what it meant to be in form on earth and healing was simply seen as a frequency imbalance that you could handle yourself, no matter what role you held.

It was only under severe circumstances that you would go to the temples and see healers, but then again these were not necessarily the priestesses that worked with you but the people they trained as the healers.

The role of being a priestess healer and oracle came later as the density began to kick in and human form began to drop into a lower state of consciousness – one that was not connected to a Higher Soul Expression but instead more interested in exploring what the human form in density had to offer.

It was the dropping of density that made those who chose to keep themselves aligned to Source and already trained as healers the  natural ‘healers and oracles’ for the whole.

Those who decided to ‘go into density’ had to be trained in working with their wombs. They knew that the womb would be a central part of their process if they desired to ground the higher frequencies we once worked with in the Lemurian Temples.

I believe this is why so many women now are being called to understand and awaken their womb. Because when they do, there is very deep and ancient memories that begins to awaken. One that goes back potentially to understanding the Creative force of the Universe that we once harnessed and learned from since the time of Mu.

For me, it wasn’t until I started walking the womb path that so much of these esoteric concepts and memories began to land for me. Until then, it was all very ‘out of body’ and etheric, which can be and was very disturbing to my physical, everyday life.

 

Lemurian healing technology returns

One of the things I’m most excited to share with you is the technologies that these priestesses brought and worked with!

Technology in Lemuria was thought of very differently than we think of it now. Technology was more like ‘the natural laws of the universe’ applied in ways that supported the expansion of conscious creation.

These technologies began to come to in the past decade in very subtle ways. They were so natural to me I never even thought anything of them. It was my husband that noticed I had a ‘strange affinity’ to these things, more than anyone he had ever seen, which brought more awareness to it.

In fact, I never even considered them ‘technologies’, they were more like, a way of life. I’m not sure how I could live life without them but I guess that’s the point in realizing your soul gifts – it’s so natural for you that you completely overlook them, which I did for a very long time.

I eventually realized their connection to ascension and awakening and knew that they had to be shared with more people.

Lemurian priestesses, before the fall of Mu, were very focused on making sure the technologies of sound, stars, water and energy would once again awaken for our collective when we would need them…which is NOW.

Lemurian healing technologies that are returning to support us in the necessary shifts we need experience if we want to move toward a more spiritually-focused and heart-centered society.

I work with many women who consistently share the same feelings:

I’m tired. I’m tired of doing all this energy work. I’m tired of having to clean up every aspect of my life. It’s too much. I just want to NOT heal for a while…I get it. We have alot on our hands and it’s only just started.

But here’s the good news. I genuinely believe that when we reclaim these technologies, the lifting becomes lighter and we get to enjoy the process a bit more. I’m not saying it will be easy or that you will ‘enjoy the healing’ but what I am saying is that when we remember our connection to these technologies – and in the way I would describe them – these forms of consciousness from which we came – things shift in profound ways.

As my memories of lemuria continue to crystallize and my soul work continues to clarify, I notice many similarities between what I have been doing in the past decade and what was practiced in the temples of lemuria thousands of years ago.

Here’s some examples of the lemurian techonologies that you may have come accross but didn’t think much of:

Lemurian Star Water Technology

In 2020, during the Great Sacred Pause, I began running 3-day water fasts aligned with cosmic portals. Since the early days of my awakening, my body has aligned with cosmic portals more than any other astrological or moon alignment as a way to upgrade my consciousness and receive incoming light.

What I did not realize at the time was that I was remembering water magic and bringing in star codes into my fast protocals, while helping people do the same, without actually saying it.

Water did not have the same role in life as it does today.

I dare to say that outside of drinking water, most people do not consider water to have a role in life. It is absolutely overlooked and I won’t event get into the esoteric understanding of water (although I will sharing that inside the Sound & Water Immersion!)

Water was considered a sentient being of the highest wisdom – we were students of water. If there was an ‘oracle’ role that could helps us see what we did not, it was Water. She was the primary source of life wisdom and merged information across galaxies and universes for us to study, create and play with.

Water was our Mother.

Our friend.

Our wise counsel,

and a confidant – someone we resorted to when we required clarity. She held the womb of consciousness and brought it to us one drop at a time, as to say, ‘dear child, there is no rush. My waters are immortalle. Take one drop at a time and you will be sustained forever. 

And this connection, of water and stars, was deeply imbedded in lemurian civilization.

 

Lemurian Energy Technology

Lemurian energy worked very differently from how we work with it today. With the assistance of higher consciousness, advanced crystal and light technology and the understanding of healing waters, energy was amplified ten times over and could weave in and out of different frequency bandwidths, serving a different and unique purpose each time, attuning to the person and the people involved and molding to the consciousness working with it.

One aspect of energy that is currently coming in is the natural intelligence of energy. We live in a world where we think we need to ‘dictate’ everything. We command, we manifest, we decide, we blah blah blah. The co-creation aspect or the unity consciousness field was fully anchored in Lemuria. People did not ‘send’ or ‘use’ energy – the communed with it and ‘flowed’ in harmony with it, learning and listening every step of the way. Energy wasn’t something we ‘connected with’ but what we were. Energy was a state of Being and that’s why Lemurians were so adept at ‘working’ with it. They were not separate from it, they were it.

The perspective was, if I seek energy (healing, support, upliftment) it is because I have lost sight of it in my own realm of reference. Therefore, I call on energy to guide me back to harmony, alignment and remembrance.

Priestess were trained in the Arts of High Magic, which for us today could look like complete governing power of elemental forces, animals and even human consciousness. Because they were attuned to Source there was no diverting into using it for ‘power over’ but instead they weaved in and out of fields of consciousness to ‘align’ what was lacking in harmony.

 

Lemurian Sound Technology

Oh my Sound. Give me a minute before I wipe my tears and warm my heart.

Sound is not something for me, it’s an Essence, someone I connect with as a Being, and I know that’s how it was in Mu.

I remember the first time I communed with Sound as a Being instead of as an ‘energy’ as described above.

While living in Hawai’I, I had the blessing of owning a women’s wellness studio. I would often teach sound classes and host sound ceremonies there. My entire time on Hawai’I was like a coming home to Sound and an embracing of what this fine art really is about to bring to this world.

It was one evening with an intimate group of friends that I was playing sound. I had the bandwidth to drop in deeper than other classes because I knew that if I had to stop or if the sound didn’t ‘sound’ right, nobody would care. And so I did. I allowed myself to commune with Sound in a deeper way than usual.

I instantly felt my body drop. Although I was sitting on the floor already it was one of those feelings you get when your stomach drops, except it feels good, like a deep soul landing. My eyes swelled and memories began to pour in. Sound approached me as a Being of Consciousness, one that has traversed universes since the first spark of God and continues to travel effortlessly through every cell and atom of universal consciousness. I was face to face with Sound.

I remembered, when we were family.

When Sound was not something we played but something that played us.

When sound was the reason our hearts could beat and our trees would sway from the whistles of the wind.

For example, we see wind as an element, air, in motion. But in fact, it is sound that gathers enough mass/gravity which accumulates air and makes it flow through space in certain patterns.

I remembered when we could see sound waves as part of the universal matrix, meaning, the web of life. What we think or observe to be chaotic patters are symphonies of universal consciousness, playing the frequencies of the energy I spoke of above.

You see, we could co-create with energy, but with sound, it wasn’t something we co-created with. It was the outcome of our creations that depicted the harmony of our life.

If our structures, whether societal or physical or otherwise, were out of balance, the sound we could hear did not sit well. We knew by the ‘sound of life’ whether we were Heart to Heart with Source or not. Sound was the background and the repercussion of all we lived.

It was like we lived amongst Sound, like today we live amongst air. We were constantly listening to the patterns of sound to receive feedback about whether or not our structures and live decisions could help build or destroy the harmony of life for the Greater Whole.

 

Remember lemurian healing technology

When we think of these past civilizations, it is not so much important to stay stuck on being able to do what they once did, but instead, noticing what most calls us and what do we already have inside us that is desiring to be remembered.  What calls your true essence forward to challenge you in new ways and embody higher frequencies of human potential?

The most fascinating thing we are coming up against in today’s world is having to train our human vehicle to hold and work with the power of these technologies. Each time there is a solar flare, a solstice or equinox or any other opportunity to upgrade, we have a window to remember and awaken these gifts.

Today, we are starting to realize we are this star intelligence back in living human form. So many of the women that come to me are very drawn to Lemuria or the Priestess Path and not quiet sure where to begin.

I would say, begin with what is most fun to you. Tune into these technologies and start working with them like you once did in the time of Mu!
