But once we understand how this quantum healing energy is moving through the sun, working with our cells, awakening our DNA and asking us to ‘wake up’ things don’t seem so bad. In fact, they start to feel quiet exciting!

It’s important not to throw them all in one pool as if they were all the same. THEY ARE NOT. I have met practitioners who claim to be quantum healers and in fact are NOT engaging with this quantum energy.
Do your research and be diligent with who you work with.

What is Quantum Healing Energy
- It’s Quantum meaning it’s flexible and malleable – it requires consistent engagement (aka – devotion). It is not a ‘one-time activation’. It is adaptable to the energy it works with. Meaning, it meets you where you are at mind, body and spirit.
- It works with soul templates meaning it gets to the Root issue without the drama/story. There is clarity on complex issues that may be running your subconscious behavioral patterns and belief systems. All of a sudden, that thing that you felt was so difficult or that has been ‘haunting’ your family for generations makes sense and it doesn’t feel heavy anymore.
- It can lift the heaviness off your physical body by lighting up your energy body. Because it works with crystalline DNA and the new crystalline core of the Earth, it is an entirely new energy system to feel into.
- It can upgrade your DNA. Quantum healing energy works with our Crystalline Consciousness, therefore interacting with our DNA.
- Differs from reiki and other older modalities in that it connects to the ‘updated’ energy systems of the earth, universe and DNA.
- It works with the quantum energy centers instead of the old chakra system
What is quantum healing energy NOT
- It is not QHHT – a quantum hypnosis modality used to access past lifetimes
- It is not an ‘intuitive’ modality with no structure
- It is not simply working with past ancestry – many healers will claim to work with quantum energy because they are ‘healing’ past generational lines. This just means you are working with the notion of You are NOT working with what is in actuality ‘quantum healing energy’.
How to use quantum healing energy daily
Now that we got that out of the way! Let’s get into the fun part! How do we use this energy daily to upgrade our lives and align to the new cosmic energy flow?
Once you’ve learned a modality of connecting with this quantum healing energy by taking a training, here are some of my favorite ways to use it daily:
- Every day upon waking and before going to bed – you can use this modality on yourself to reset your energy field, awaken the deeper aspects of your energy centers and tune into your True and Highest Expression.
- In your daily work environment – As an entrepreneur, I use this energy to infuse all my work. If you are in the corporate space, you can do the same!
- To reset your home or healing space – Once you learn how to strengthen your field, you can then expand it outward and reset the field of spaces around you to hold more light and also release any energies that do not serve.
- Whenever your immune system is down. It has been a saving grace these past few years for my personal use and to support friends and loved ones.
- On your food! Charging and lighting up your food with this energy feels great.
- To strengthen your intuition and healing gifts – practicing with this new quantum healing energy is a great way to awaken your healing gifts! I was just told recently that a woman went to her ‘teacher’ about her new gifts that were turning on. It turns out, these gifts were not in ‘alignment’ to the old energy format that her teacher was trained in and they told her to turn them off! This is such a shame! Always pursue your gifts. If you are ever told not to, find someone who is attuned to a different frequency and help you along your journey!
- To charge your water! Give your drinking water a boost. The water we drink is so important for our awakening and ascension process. To charge your water with this quantum healing light is exactly what our cells require at this time!
- To light up your Crystalline DNA! I’m very passionate about this because it is the missing link in many people’s spiritual development. We must engage with and integrate the new cosmic rays and a perfect way to do this is to combine the new incoming rays with this quantum healing energy
These are all ofcourse aside from using quantum healing energy for self-healing or in healing sessions for family or pets.
