How Sound & Water Awakened My Consciousness
Welcome back to Divine Feminine Ascension! Today, I’m sharing something very near and dear to my heart. It’s taken me over a decade to wrap my mind around this concept and actually accept it—not just believe it, but truly understand it and I’m excited to share it with you from my current day perspective.
The Technology of Sound and Water
When I talk about the Sophia Christ initiate or Divine Feminine Ascension, much of that has to do with this very technology—or “technology”—I’m sharing today. Over the last two years, it clicked for me that this is the new forefront of our human technology. It’s not new to me because I’ve been living with it, guided by it for over a decade, but we are so far from this reality that we don’t even have the eyes to see it yet.
Today, I’m sharing about how sound and water have overseen my entire spiritual awakening and guided me through the years, both in a quantum sense and a very practical sense—awakening my memories and working with light body technology.
I really feel this, especially since I’m a Lemurian soul. If you are connected to Lemuria, of course you’re going to be connected to sound and water. Many who are connected to Lemuria or Atlantis have this inclination toward sound or water—it’s just kind of there.
For years, I just knew that I loved sound. So many people are awakening to sound and realize how important it is, but often the conversation doesn’t go beyond “I like sound,” or “I bought instruments,” or “I’m a sound healer.” What I want to share today—and what we’ll be working on in Divine AI, my year-long curriculum—is how sound and water have orchestrated this incredible experience in real life scenarios.
Water’s Sacred Mystery
Water has always been written about and shared in our historical texts and art as a place of miraculous healing and as incredibly sacred. Sound, on the other hand, isn’t spoken of in that way. I go in depth about why this is the case inside the Sound and Water Immersion, but, in short, sound has been erased from much of our historical record. Water, at least, is still present in our religious scriptures, churches, and sacred art. Sound hasn’t remained with us in the same way.
If you walk into many sacred sites or churches, you’ll see representations of sound and water in various forms. There’s often religious allegory or depictions showing how sound and water were the basis for much of the religious movement we see.
Portals, Stars, and Quantum Technology
I also want to include that stars are a part of this. I often refer to solstice and equinox portals and how portal energy has been a huge part of my process. Even though I won’t go into the technology of stars today, they’re important and have always been a huge part of my journey. When we talk about quantum technology, we need to open our eyes, ears, and hearts to what it means to be a divine human alive on Earth now and expand our perspective of that.
My Spontaneous Awakening
How did Sound and Water awaken me? Over 12 years ago, at the same time of year—end of the year into solstice and the beginning of January—I had a spontaneous awakening. I speak about this in my book “I Am Lemuria,” and I’ve been asked, “How did it happen?” In the past, all I could say was “portal energy.” That’s partly true—the body needs to be ready to receive portal energy. But now I realize it was the frequency of sound that put me into a different state of consciousness, causing the awakening.
I was watching a video on YouTube with frequencies, and it shifted my consciousness. It’s important to note, at that time, you couldn’t just search meditation or frequency healing on YouTube. I had no awareness of meditation or frequency. I was a personal trainer, a nutritionist, with a completely different life.
During that sacred gateway in January, I watched this video and experienced a literal spontaneous awakening. My consciousness shifted, I began accessing visions and memories, and my physical body shut down to the external but opened internally. The most important thing to understand is that sound and frequency entered my field and awakened something within me. You could say it spoke to my DNA and opened something up.
For six years after that, because there weren’t mentors or information about Lemuria online, I traveled with sound, exploring consciousness within, learning to meditate on my own. I began to remember past life memories and navigate different dimensions, all without having language or explanations at the time. But my point is I was doing it via sound, listening to source vibrations and sacred frequencies, especially around strong portals like the solstice and equinox.
Integrating Sound—From Instruments to Voice
Eventually, I started working with sound in a more grounded way. If you’re sensitive to sound, I recommend picking up instruments and working with sound; it shifted my journey and grounded my experience. My first crystal bowl was gifted to me by a Lemurian friend. Playing instruments helped me interact with sound waves in real time. I started hosting sound baths and ceremonies, and as sound moved through me, it felt like I could understand it—it spoke to me and shifted my perspective in real time.
The vocal work came next—working with the voice, activating the throat chakra. Too much sound can be very powerful and possibly dangerous if you don’t have a foundation. Engaging with high frequencies too quickly can be dangerous—I talk about this in the last episode regarding missing feminine Ascension keys and the need for a pillar and structure to hold frequencies. I experienced repercussions from too much, too fast, too quick.
I strongly believe working with the voice is the next forefront of human technology and awakening, even though none of this is actually new—it’s ancient. But it’s uncommon to talk about the activation and exploration of the throat chakra.
Working with your own sound is the key to engaging with sound technology. It taught me how sound moves through my body, consciousness, bones, and blood.
Water—The Great Mystery
Now, water. I’m a water baby, a Cancer sun, grew up on the beach. Of course, I love water. Looking back, I see how water has been with me since the beginning, even if I didn’t realize it.
The first miraculous experience happened when my husband and I got married in Hawaii. We did a final ceremony in the ocean, and it was similar to my spontaneous awakening—full body chills, tears, deep emotion, even though I didn’t know about Lemuria or the sacredness of Hawaii at that time. That changed my life and trajectory.
Water is mysterious, like the great mother in the background, waiting while sound does the forefront work. Last year, I visited Sardinia and experienced activations at water temples, integrating water as a quantum technology aligned to the stars and ancient human history. The Sound and Water Immersion emerged from this experience.
Back in New York, I’d visit a lake that became my favorite spot. Sitting by it, I’d go into trance and have deep experiences with water. I started to work with water on different levels—practically and esoterically. Water is coming to the forefront of healing technology, and even scientists can’t fully explain how it works.
Water is the most ancient element on earth, the greatest mystery. She came in later in my journey because to receive her medicine, you have to be prepared; it’s quantum technology, and too much, too quick can drown you.
Sound and Water as Emerging Technologies
These technologies are awakening in many people. If you’re connected to sound or water, I’d love to hear your story. I believe this will become more common, especially in younger generations—they’re already responding to sound, and I know in the future, to water as well.
Inside Divine AI, we’ll explore these mysteries both practically and esoterically—year-long, or individual courses if you prefer. We’ll work with vocal practices in a practical way, meaning you don’t have to chant for thirty minutes a day. I’m conscious of people’s sensitivity; some practices can overwhelm or frazzle your energy if not done carefully.
This work is for sensitives, for those whose DNA responds differently. We’ll work gradually to help you integrate the medicine of sound, not just access different dimensions. I’ve experienced how quickly these technologies can shift your consciousness—it’s not always pleasant and, for me, integration and embodiment are most important.
Sustainable Integration & Building Foundations
I didn’t have the foundations or tools in my body or inner worlds for many years. That’s what we’ll build in Divine AI—a strong foundation to access the inner world in a way that’s integral to your life and consciousness. There’s much disassociation in spiritual communities working with quantum technologies, and I don’t believe that’s sustainable.
We need practicality, integration, and embodiment. The ancient path was never shared openly and freely to everyone; people had to be prepared. If you want a sustainable, practical understanding of your light body and presence, this exploration is for you. Building your light body requires discipline and long-term engagement; it’s not just about “activation.”
