SOUND and the GODDESS

I continue to sit with Sound and ride the streams of Goddess Wisdom.

It is awe-dropping to see how we are a Universe made of Sound and our little bodies are just tiny instruments asking to be tuned and harmonized to the greater Song that brings us into Harmony.

Harmony with Life.
Harmony with Beauty.
Harmony with Creation.

I sit and question whether the Sacredness of Life was lost when the Songs of our Temples were destroyed.

It is said that the Harmonics of a civilization determines its ability to sustain it’s health and harmony with those around it.

What happens when our nation is out of harmony? What happens when our homes are divided? What happens when everyone is speaking but no one is LISTENING?

What happens when our Temples are lost and our Priesteeses are forced to shut their voices? What happens when the women of our Churches and Sacred Gathering Sites are devoid of their Venusian Oracular gifts and told to answer to the Patriarchy?

Harmony is lost,
and even worse,
our ability to hear it begins to diminish.

The very intelligence by which the Universe has been built is gone.

And it’s been gone for thousands of years….

As I ask to receive from Sound I also receive the long history of the Goddess – the Beauty she represents and how my journey with reclaiming my voice is not just about speaking.

It’s about remembering the Quantum Ripple effects of Sound and it’s relationship to Creation. 

 

Sound in our Home. 
Sound in our Intimate Relationships. 
Sound in our Bodies. 
And as a natural effect – Sound harmonics in the work and service we show up in. 

Sound becomes the center of our creation and ripples out Harmony by law.

The Goddess creates Beauty, and in that Beauty, all things are in Harmony. 

 

What if all those ancient drawings of women sitting with harps weren’t just women passing time on a lazy Sunday afternoon but something way deeper – something that if we remembered we may be hesitant to reclaim because of its Power and role in our community?

What if the Sound that lives deep inside you had the ability to harmonize all that is created through you?

The Song of Life is asking to be moved through me. And the more I sing it – the more harmony I see around me.

 

We are essentially made of Sound.

We are star stuff, vibrating, and depending on the vibration received, we experience, think and feel our reality.

The Priestesses knew this.

The sacred oracles and feminine magicians of our past practiced the Art of Sound. The women who held places of power and wealth in our ancient cultures were masters of Sound.

And it is only now that I am uncovering why Sound has been with me since the very first day of my awakening over 13 years ago.

Our sound determines our overall health and expression of life force.
If we are not ‘sounding’ our body instruments, we become stale, out of use, and stagnant in our energy current.

This creates all kinds of ‘road blocks’ from creativity, to expression, to health and mental imbalance.

Essentially, our ability to sound our bodies and create harmony from within lies at the center of our health and spiritual journey.

And as I look at ancient cultures and the areas where people live happier and longer lives, I realize they still have sound in their lives. Whether they gather to play instruments, sing in a choir or have music as a central pillar in their lives, sound LIVES through them and music brings them together.

And it’s not the sound of the western world.

In fact, many musicians (and by musicians I don’ t mean record artists – I mean mystics who study the science and spirituality of sound) will be very clear that the sounds of the western world are leaving us deaf and out of harmony with the natural rhythm of life. This has serious side effects which can be seen in our older populations.

 

Sound is teaching me so much about the practicality and vastness of our human body and spirit. There is so much to share but for now, I invite you to sit in practice with me and experience it for yourself.
