Divine Feminine Ascension Podcast
Today, I’m sharing the very important missing feminine ascension keys in the feminine spiritual community which are not being talked about and leading far too many women (including my past self) into absolute depletion, poverty and fatigue. It’s a trial I had to live through as a 3/5 so I’m here to share with you the golden nuggets I’ve reclaimed that have made a world of a difference.
From Depletion to Overflow: When I reclaimed the missing Feminine Ascension Keys that saved me
Let me start off by defining what I’m referring to in regards to the feminine spiritual community. The spaces and ‘guides’ speaking about how flow, womb healing and feminine energy is the way to heal ourselves from the repercussions of patriarchal culture and generational trauma, with the ultimate goal of expressing and becoming a fully embodied ‘goddess in form’.
This creates a HUGE pool of women world-wide, mostly blindly following trends or repeating what they’ve read or heard, guiding other women, with the same information. Because of the lack of deep wisdom and initiation in the majority of these circles, the unintegrated concepts and lack of wisdom has led many women diving straight into a pool of despair and endless healing, which has got to stop.
This is why I’m here with you today. Because no one in the feminine spiritual community is talking about these missing Feminine Ascension keys as a pivotal part of our ‘completion’ towards an integrated, fully embodied, mature feminine. (In no way am I stating there is a completion point but there is certainly a foundational completion that is built internally so that you may tread the path in a stable, rooted, more mature way).
So, it was in 2020 that our life took us to Hawai’i and I would be destined to get involved with this feminine spiritual community. Hawai’i had in store for me many great initiations, one of which would be to see these very feminine ascension keys I was guided to reclaim.
At the time I had been studying Divine Feminine Wisdom and the Ascension path for many years and was recovering/integrating from a deeply disruptive spiritual and womb awakening. I had been walking the descension and ascension maps of consciousness so I felt comfortable in supporting other women in doing the same which is where women begin their spiritual journey of healing and embodiment (If this is a new concept, I explain it inside my Free Webinar: SOFIA KRYST INITIATES).
Fast forward to 2023, I was guided to close this dream business & temple space we built while living there: a woman’s fitness and wellness studio in Hawaii that served as a hub for the feminine spiritual community offering healing, ceremony and trainings. It was a space I had dreamt of since I was a little girl and put my entire life force into.
Although the time of that business was incredibly fruitful and expansive in many different ways, by the end of that business the reality was harsh:
- I was in the highest debt I’d ever been in my life
- I was so depleted I could barely stand on my own two feet (literally – my energy field had fully collapsed)
- I had lost my connection to my body, my home and my desire force
- Most astonishingly, I was in shock at how the community I had built with so much love and genuine investment showed its true colors
Fast forward to January 2026
Fast forward to today, I have to say it was all more than worth it. This past weekend I realized something that was jaw dropping – I’ve (magically) managed to rebirth this very same temple space but to a level of incredible intimacy and heightened power, purely on overflow and effortless ease! I have time for my home, space for love and intimacy, I prioritize the health of my mind and body, have almost no debt and I spend plenty of time with my hubby and family. All of this to wake up in the mornings without an alarm and to the highest sales days compared to all of last year.
This shift didn’t just happen ‘magically’ as if by chance or luck.
This was me, making a decision the day that I closed my dream business in Hawaii to turn within and understand why things turned out the way they did. It was after closing that business that I devoted myself to one mission: coming back to myself and understanding what the hell just happened.
I had invested my life savings, put an infinite amount of good intentions into all of my services and invested all of my life-long knowledge and training on educating women with all I had learned for over a decade. An incredible space for healing, awakening and expansion led to the absolute devastation of my physical, spiritual and personal life.
HOW?
Of course this was the greatest gift in disguise. It was only a matter of weeks after closing this business that the SOFIA School of Feminine Initiatory Arts was seeded within me. Naively I thought I was ready to launch it but of course that’s the journey that I’m sharing with you now and the school is only this year ready to be shared.
Let’s be clear about the harsh reality of the feminine spiritual movement – this is happening across the board to the majority of women I work with and I have a lot to say about it, simply because I’ve lived it and can now confidently say I’m on the other side of profound clarity after reclaiming these feminine ascension keys.
Up until that point of opening my ‘dream business’, I had only lived through what I call the feminine spiritual movement – the popular understanding of womb awakening and integration of my healing gifts (this is understood as the descension and ascension map of initiation – thoroughly explained inside my Free Webinar.) This was all without the foundational understanding of what an initiatory path was.
But amongst everything I learned through this stripping down and rebirthing experience, when I zoom out, I can see how completely unprepared and uninitiated I was to do what I was doing.
The modern day feminine spiritual movement is deprived of what makes up True Feminine Power, which I discuss inside the Feminine Power Workshop and also explain inside the Free Webinar, and this is part of the missing feminine ascension keys in modern day circles.
What I learned reclaiming the Feminine Ascension keys
What I realize today, is that there would have been no amount of financial or business mentorship that could have helped me at the time that I was completely depleted and running on fumes, because what I was lacking was the internal infrastructure required which can only be granted through these keys.
What are the missing Feminine Ascension keys Celeste?
I’m glad you asked! And ofcourse, like any Good and Wise Mother, the Feminine could never just hand them to you in a blog, right. It’s quiet literally impossible for me to even simplify it into a few small words. But here’s my best shot.
I was, at the time of being the center of a growing spiritual community and epic dream business, completely unaware of:

how to maintain the integrity and strength of my energy field
- To be clear, I was already a practicing quantum energy healer/practitioner & mentor, working with the earth and incorporating womb-based practices. This is not about working with your ‘energy field’ as taught in energy healing trainings.

how to hold the energy, projection and expectation of large amounts of people ‘seeking spiritual support’
-
how to maintain and nourish my feminine magnetics as a source of regeneration and life force
-
how to hold my heart strong under intense, external pressures
-
how to hold Feminine Power without becoming hard, grudgeful or even harsh towards others
-
how to use sound, water, breath and energy as a source of continuous source of nourishment for my body and spirit
How does this apply to you?
Perhaps you’re a mother, a healer, an entrepreneur, a corporate executive, and you hold the nucleus of a tight ship – whether that be yourself, your family or a team of coworkers.
What is being taught by the feminine spiritual community is only half, and hardly the important half, of what is required of you when you have to go out and face the real world.
If you’re finding that there’s missing gaps on your journey that aren’t quiet cutting it. That tt doesn’t feel integral and things aren’t adding up, whether that be with your:
- wealth
- relationships
- ability to create a steady home environment
- body health and wealth
- sensuality & expression
- use of life force, creativity
- showing up as the Queen of your life
and somehow, you’re stuck on the SAME LOOP you were in before you even started this whole thing, this means you are already living it! You can feel the gap in the modern feminine movement and I can tell you, you’re right!
Priestess Lineages always had these Feminine Ascension Keys
As a wonderful and uplifting reminder, our priestess lineages always carried these missing keys, until their wisdom, books and lineages were burned and buried to never see the light of day again. Priestesses were not just healers or oracles, they were incredibly powerful and important to large organizations dealing with economics and politics. They were highly trained in the ‘Black Arts’, or ‘Wisdom Arts’ and were masters at frequency. Trained at holding immense amount of pressure and social responsibility, these women held the feminine ascension keys we are now needing to reclaim!
