Ascension update ~ June 2025

I’d like to share with you what has been coming up in the last few weeks of May as we move toward the June Summer Solstice in relation to energetic upgrades and ascension upgrades.

The energy has certainly been stronger and there are real physical, emotional, and spiritual repercussions we should be aware of to not only take good care of our health but use these ‘geomagnetic storms’ as a way to integrate the higher frequencies coming in.

The ascension update includes heart expansion and new organic technology that we must activate from within our bodies.

Remember, ascension is a choice and an active, engaged relationship. It does not just happen on it’s own. Your awareness, devotion, and consistent leveling up are keys in the process of moving from carbon to crystalline.

Ascension update June 2025

Ascension upgrades

Against the natural inclination to be more ‘out and about’ and ‘active’ in the summer months, I am finding that there is a need to slow down, get clear, anchor into what most brings peace and take a lot of good care of my body, home and life.

I believe the recent Sound & Water Immersion I hosted in Hawai’i has alot to do with what I’ve been feeling as far as new self-healing technologies coming online and a wider heart activation. This immersion was a beautiful opportunity to dive deep into ascension technologies that are only now coming online related to the Power of Sound & Water. It was profoundly activating and supportive to understand how to use sound and water (such ancient healing lemurian technologies!) to help us naviagate and integrate these shifts.

A reminder that the summer solstice always brings a strong leap in frequencies and many can start feeling it weeks before. The body/spirit will often prepare us for upcoming shifts weeks (even months) ahead. So trust the guidance, take care of your health and be smart about grounding your spiritual journey and lessons.

Ascension updates for June 2025

Heart activations
The heart is expanding and Divine Neutrality continues to expand.This means we feel less of a ‘trigger’ or ‘effect’ from the external (people, media, drama).

Increase in sensitivity
Sensitivity may increase and we have to learn how to live with it. Audio, visual, taste, etc. Keep track of the environments that make you feel good and do your best to connect there.

Health
The body requires a lot of maintenance. Keep track of any small shifts, whether little aches and pains or bigger things that have been lurking over your shoulders. Your health is the priority and the ascension process will detoxify our body of any inner
imbalances.

Clearing of old habits/relationships/behaviors
Being around people, conversations and circumstances that do not lift you up is out of the conversation. There is little interest in things that do not support your growth.

Activation of energy centers
Chakra centers are opening up for many. It may be new or you may experience deeper levels of this activation. The Pineal gland and brain are getting consistent upgrades, which may cause sensations of vertigo, confusion or headaches. Make sure to hydrate and move slowly.

Change in food habits
Food habits change (again) to support ease in digestion and redistribution of energy, Trust the body and the guidance of new foods, regardless of rigid belief systems. Many people develop ‘characters’ around how they eat, taking them away from trusting the intuitive guidance of their body. Drop all labels and trust that your body knows more than you.

Deep states of Presence
Peace/clarity/presence. Nothing and everything are happening at once. Intense moments of inner stillness. There is a need to ‘stand still’ and move slower, internally and externally. The mind needs a break more often, and less screen time is ideal.

Divine Order/Guidance coming in strong
There is a lot of structural and foundational support available. It is made very clear what part of our life requires more care, energy and devotion. Get all parts of your life in flow and watch the miracles stream in.

Self-healing
This is becoming a constant. The reclamation of our physical, emotional and energy bodies becomes a new way of life. Little aches and pains become immediate flags to experience instant healing. Simple moments become portals to expanded healing states, generational clearing and trauma release. I can really appreciate the leveling up in our ability to self-heal. I love learning new healing modalities and empowering myself with new techniques that make it easier and more attainable to work with our immediate environment as a way to catch ourselves in old patterns, glitches and old belief systems

 

Join the Quantum Energy Training and empower yourself to work with the new ascension body of light and ground these higher frequencies for yourself and loved ones.

 

Disclosure creates clarity
The continuous disclosure of information across all realms gives us an opportunity to get clear on our values and core beliefs. If you are not clear and strong at your core, the external can feel very scary, confusing and misleading. This is not the case for those who have created a practice around inner exploration and contemplation.

New opportunities for spiritual growth or energetic redirection
Have you felt the call to explore something new or work with a guide? Learn a new skill or finally pick up that instrument that’s been sitting in the corner collecting dust? This is the Higher Self redirecting your energy towards what is in your Highest
Expression and creation. Creativity, new expansive opportunities and expression are a large part of activating our Higher Self.

Divine Mother Activation
Deep states of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, and acceptance can occur miraculously. All of a sudden, you can see a person or situation from a new perspective, releasing you from the ‘burden/pain’ of what it means to not forgive.

Deep Internal Guidance
If you are following your guidance, it gets stronger. It’s very clear where to put your energy and where not to. The activations and synchronicities increase and what seemed to be a ‘problem’ in the past resolves itself. This is the stream of naturally organizing intelligence moving through our Hearts.

Summer Solstice & Ascension upgrades
Make sure to get clear on your path, what you are focusing on and what no longer deserves your attention. Invest in what you believe in and move on from things that no longer serve. If you know there is something you must work on, now is the time. The summer solstice will work with the level of commitment and devotion you have internally. Plan some time away from the regular for the Summer Solstice and the days around it.
