Sound & Water as a Spiritual Activator

This year, we had the opportunity to visit Italy, one of our top destinations on our bucket list for so many years. My hubby grew up in an Italian neighborhood and I was born in Argentina, where the Italian culture not only runs through my generational lines but is very apparent in the country overall.

Anytime we are called to visit a foreign country, I always have my heart field up – why is this country calling us? What about its land, history, and sacred sites is asking for our attention?

The first thing that caught my attention was the imagery and confirmation of the art across the churches. There has been a whole new ‘herstory’ that has revealed itself in these past few years and these sacred sites can tell you everything about it, if only you can decipher it.

But today, I want to share about the Science & Mysticism of Sound, and how Sound spoke to me very clearly during our trip to Italy and our visits to one of the most ancient sites in the world.

Italian Churches, Temples & Water Sites reveal it all

 

 

Santa Rosalia church – sound and spiritual energy

While visiting the Santa Rosalia church in Palermo, Italy, the message came to me loud and clear was: “this building is just a reflection of the Power & Sound your body can hold”

We often don’t think of churches or sacred sites as related to sound – especially not those related to religion – but when we trace the history of Sound back to it’s roots – and for me that means back to the time of Lemuria, we can’t help to see the obvious connections and messages these sites are really here to tell us.

So once I received this message, I was taken back.

I mean, just standing in front or around these massive structures gives you the chills. The energy and the artistry that they hold is incredible. If you have seen these churches yourself you know exactly what I mean.

The size, intricacy, artistry, sacred geometry and money that has gone into building these ‘churches’ is clearly questionable if you take it for face value. But when you begin to make the connection between their architecture, the symmetry and harmony of it’s design and what sound waves and acoustics can really do, everything begins to come together.

Walking through this church and so many others around Italy, it was very apparent that Sound was a constant theme and a central point of how it was all built. Besides the typical organs, cylindrical ceilings and resonant rooms throughout the area, much of the art showed itself to be related to sacred geometrical patterns – patterns that could be made and imprinted with very specific harmonics.

And think about what often happens in churches – people sing and chant. They use the Power of Sound via the word and music, to create spirals of sound currents that can quiet literally open you to physical and spiritual sensations.

 

Water Temples of Sardinia awaken Akashic memories

One of the most unexpected parts of our trip was visiting Sardinia. This land has a very different frequency than the rest of Italy and if you get the chance to visit or explore online, you will understand why.

Aside from being considered it’s own ‘cultural’ vortex, Sardinia has something impressive that I was not expecting – the most archeological sites per square foot of land, than any other place in the world. Now, this is what I was told by a local archeologist and you won’t find that on google – neither am I attached to it being true or not – but one thing I definitely stand by is that the number of stone sites on this ‘tiny’ island far exceeded anything I imagined to be possible. You could probably live a lifetime there and still not see them all.

To me, it seemed as if almost the entire island was an archeological site and amidst the ruins, you would run into small towns and spectacular views.

It was a wonderful experience to feel that as someone who loves stones and has an affinity to their energy and role on earth.

What I most want to share with you here in terms of Sound, our Spiritual Journey and visiting Water Temples in sardinia is that water itself was a central part of culture thousands of years ago.

Sound is something that we today cannot ‘see’ and it is something that is ‘conjured up’ via our human instrumental body, but water – ahhhh, water is available to all. Water is a bridge to our senses – we can see it, hear it, taste it, touch it and even smell it – and it is the very reason we are alive.

You see, water was considered not only sacred, but the closest element to god – it is the reason for life. We can live without food and sunlight for a certain time but without water we can only last a few days. Besides that, we know life without water would not be possible and this gave it a very heightened spiritual role in society. The metaphor of water and our spiritual journey is something I will be sharing more about inside the upcoming Sound & Water Immersion. 

It was on Sardinia while visiting sacred water temples that I received beautiful activations and memories confirming so much of what I had been doing for years without knowing why. Walking around the water temples and remembering water as the focal point of our human life began to awaken what I can only describe as ripples of memories and understandings that have been unfolding for months within me. It is like a web of consciousness is coming back together from the true remembrance of water.

For example, around 2020, I began running group water fasts and working with the star energies to help our spiritual body align with our Universal Consciousness. I didn’t know exactly what I was doing or why I was doing it but arriving in Sardinia and connecting to so many water temples helped me connect many dots on my remembering journey.

Another thing that happened was remembering how our star ancestors could speak to use via sound and water harmonics. These sacred water sites were not just for collecting or running water. They worked with astrological alignments above us and within us to activate and awaken the sound and water codes within us.

These water temples were again, a mirror of who we are and what we are here to remember – they remind us of the role we have as human beings in the web of universal consciousness.

This was something very normal and widespread in the time of Lemuria and Atlantis, and I strongly believe some of these water temples I visited go back to that time because of their perfected stone masonry, dating older than Egypt and looking even more refined in some cases.

 

Deciphering Sound & Spirituality

We know that in spiritual traditions sound, chanting and instruments have been used to vibrate the body not only into perfect harmony but into great power and universal strength, aligning the inner world with the outer and into cosmic consciousness.

Research also shows how stone sites all over the world are built to work with harmonics and sound frequencies not only for ceremony but in the very  process of being built.

 

“This building is just a reflection of the Power & Sound your body can hold”

We are the ultimate sound instrument and we are also the ultimate portal to spirituality or spiritual connection. Not only do I believe this but I have lived it.

So if it’s all about this body and how much power and sound we can hold and these buildings are simply a reflection of that – in a way, a mirror to remind us of who we really are, could we have lost the point of these incredible structures?

We go to these sacred sites to remember who we are, not necessarily as the way to connect.

These sites are there to activate our memories and awaken the sound current of our physical-spiritual nature. Once those harmonies are awakened, it is up to us to continue refining and working on our physical instrument. Meaning, we need to remember how to train our bodies to hold more sound and more power.

If you can tune into the field of energy and the intention behind these incredibly awe-inspriting and breath-taking works of art, whether temples, churches or vortex sites, a whole new universe begins to reveal itself.

The sacred geometry of churches have been built as resonant chambers. Everything is laid out for sound to travel, rebound and circulate. The churches we visited (and it was dozens across Rome, Naples, Sicily and Sardinia) were originally built as castles or places of very high energy and placed very strategically on the grid systems of the country because of their ability to awaken our human potential – aka – our true spiritual nature. And this was done via harmonics.

 

Invite to Sound & Water Immersion

 

Water and sound is always used in sacred places or places that foster higher frequencies. Since the first day of my spiritual awakening, sound and water have been guiding me without my understanding of it.

A decade later, after visiting so many sacred sites and putting enough of my own experiences side to side with modern and ancient research, a whole new world has come to the fore front – one that goes back to the time of Mu, reaches into Atlantis and lands in Egypt – which answers our modern-day questions about the Egyptian pyramids, our spiritual nature and our true potential as a humanity.
