The Throat Womb connection has gotten a lot of attention these past few years as the feminine awakens on the planet, and rightly so. It is a connection that holds many of the Feminine Mysteries beyond just our ability to speak our truth.
Oddly enough, with all it’s fame, I still see too many women lacking this connection in their energy body throughout my healing practice and workshops. It’s important we get clear on practical tools and reasons on how and why this connection is so needed.
Today, I’d like to go beyond the basic conversation of the throat womb connection. I’d like to share with you why the throat womb connection is crucial on the spiritual path and how it’s related to walking our soul’s mission.
The throat womb connection and your Higher Self
THROAT CHAKRA
The throat chakra is NOT only about speaking your Truth. This is a highly distorted concept and very misunderstood.
Since working with the voice this year and exploring the technology of Sound in new ways, there have been many insights and revelations about how this center is evolving alongside our collective consciousness and Light Body.
In relation to the Priestess Path, the throat womb connection is foundational. It has a primary role in reclaiming womb wisdom and healing our womb. I had always been told (by Higher Guidance) that the Womb is the container for where the Soul sits (I see it like a plant being the Soul and the womb, the pot that holds it).
But since working actively with sound and the voice, a new connection has been shown, making the Throat an avenue for the higher-self to come online.
In essence, the throat becomes a connection point between the Soul and the Higher Self. This is fascinating to me because I see so many women struggling with ‘walking their path’ or embodying their gifts meanwhile having their throat womb connection cut off. It makes complete sense that this connection is required before being able to truly embody our gifts and mission.
As we activate the deeper layers of our throat, we are able to refine our connection between the Soul and Higher-Self, supporting our ability to walk our Destiny.
Our throat is NOT just about Speaking. It’s about EXPRESSING the fullness of who we are (and I know even that sentence can be misread and blown out of proportion).
I see why so many teachings have only been passed down via word of mouth and not by writing. Because speech, when coming from the right place, has the power to break down all walls and misconceptions, where as writings can be interpreted in infinite ways according to the reader.
Our voice, and the way we use the Word, holds many mysteries, one of which is carrying our Unique Soul Blueprint.
SOUND AS A GATEWAY TO THE DIVINE
There are many things I’ve experienced since my spiritual awakening related to sound that I could never explain until now, ten years later. For example, for a few years, I became extremely sensitive to sound and could only listen to source vibrations. I was tapping into deep meditative states without ever having learned how to meditate or being called to it. I was also accessing the collective Akash and past lifetimes without any understanding of how it was happening.
Needless to say, Sound opened the universe within me and it’s taken me 10 years to understand what that even meant and how it happened.
Sound has been a magnet attached to my spirit since my awakening. Every time I think I feel complete with it, a whole new layer is revealed, showing me the complexity, divinity, resonance and harmony of the universe.
As a sound healer, I have intuitively been toning and using light language for many years, but never did I study sound or have a chanting practice until this year.
What has opened up for me with the pursuit of these practices, I am sure has been known since the beginning of time. I know this to be true because all spiritual traditions and religious institutions actively use sound, chant, and song, as a way to connect to the Divine. What I never realized was to what level sound could be used and what could actually happen with our human body when we devote ourselves to these ancient practices.
I was lucky enough this year to find world-thought leaders and pioneers in the subjects of sound, music, and chanting as forms of spiritual practice. I wasn’t looking for them nor was I intending to develop a spiritual practice around sound, but nevertheless, they came. I knew the throat chakra was asking to be activated in new ways so I trusted my intuition and continued forth.
The more I practiced and learned about ancient chanting practices, the more I was shown, until one morning, completely unexpected, the Divine made itself present. Right there, in my bedroom, in the midst of my chanting practice.
I want to make myself clear. I am not an expert at chanting. I do not study mantras nor do I follow any spiritual tradition. I simply was using sound, the throat, and my intuitive guidance to be present.
I had no idea it could happen this way. So simply. So unexpectedly. So profoundly.
I began to weep as my heart remembered this eternal connection that lives within. It was something I wish to not put words to but only share that it’s completely possible for anyone to experience from the comfort of their home, without having to step into a monastery or chant consistently for 20 years (I was only a few weeks into learning the basics of chant).
What I have found most beautiful is that since creating this more intimate connection with the voice, chant and the Divine, I am seeing how the Higher Self is asking to direct my path. More clarity is coming in and I am less hesitant in expressing it. There are many walls coming down from within and I believe it has to do with the Power of Sound. How Sound has the ability to resonate and harmonize with its environment across all realms.
THE THROAT WOMB CONNECTION
The throat is a COMPLEX energy center that allows for the Soul Body to express it’s unique frequency. This is extremely important at this time, as so many narratives and belief systems fall apart in our world. We will need wayshowers who are grounded in their inner Truth and able to ‘see’ the Truth amidst the fog of distortion.
As more women wake up to this, they will begin to reclaim their true sound, the sound within them that resonates with the Destiny of their Soul and Higher Self. I believe this will pull many toward the Higher Mission they came here to express and break down any barriers holding them back from accessing their gifts and intuition.
Our womb is intricately connected to our throat and the way we express ourselves. It helps us anchor into our Truth no matter the circumstances as well as pull in the Higher Aspects of our Souls calling.
The Vagus nerve is also a part of this interactive system that communicates between our physical body and the Higher Self.
When we begin a chanting practice, we find that simultaneously we are working with the throat womb connection, the vagus nerve and our Higher-Self. This is wonderful because so much can be worked on, healed and activated with such a simple and natural practice.
You may think your throat is open, but I will challenge you to look closer.
Are you fully expressed?
Do you stand in your Truth?
Does your heart feel free?
Do you feel safer playing small or not taking up TOO MUCH SPACE?
Do you have womb or period imbalances?
Do you feel disconnected from your Womb?
These are all signs that your VOICE calls to be ACTIVATED!

DISTORTIONS ON THE FEMININE PATH
Many women on the feminine path fall into the trap of over-expressing their lower energy centers (root and sacral) believing that their sexual energy should be shared and seen by everyone around them as a form of liberation, healing and expression.
This is a distortion and not connected to the Higher Self.
This is how the throat becomes disconnected and trapped by the lower forces.
9 our of 10 women I see in sessions are needing to activate their throat in more ways than just speaking and this is exactly the work I am talking about. There is a lot of repression, misunderstanding and lack of awareness around the true role of the throat in relation to the whole body system, specifically pertaining to walking our Soul’s Destiny.
It is important that women starting to walk the feminine path or learning about womb wisdom understand that we are not meant to be so blindly focused on the lower centers. This is only one part of the feminine awakening process. The body works holistically and every center is connected to the whole.
Our expression is to be balanced by the above and the below and our throat is a part of that balancing act.
ACTIVATE YOUR THROAT WOMB CONNECTION
When women gather to activate their throat womb connection, miracles can happen.
The inner-planes begin to listen and the Higher-Self begins to pay attention. Generations of silence now begin to have a voice and repressed memories may be released through sensation and devotion.
A reclamation of something very ancient is awakened.
A remembering of something bigger is activated.
A knowing of your Soul’s calling begins.
A release of the templates that no longer serve will be shown.
We need more women with healthy wombs singing their soul songs to birth the New.
