A woman’s Voice-Womb Connection is Pivotal
The majority of women have their voice cut off from their body’s wisdom – their heart and their womb centers.
The voice is not just about speaking your truth – in fact, many women over-speak without ever awakening the true Power of the Throat Chakra.
Your voice represents your soul-expression, your ability to feel safe in who you are, what you need and what you desire.
Your voice can be related to the Power of your Presence – do people constantly ask you to speak louder? Do you feel misunderstood? Do you have experiences or dreams where you want to say something but can’t or convince yourself you shouldn’t?
When your voice-heart-womb connection is lost, you may feel shut down, with low vitality or like you have a full life to live but somehow you can’t fit into it.
If the voice is something you came in to recover, don’t worry. The large majority of women in the world have this connection lost due to generational trauma, past life time circumstances and inner-child experiences that have not been processed.

I’ve had to reclaim my voice too, and it wasn’t in the way you may be thinking. I haven’t done rage sessions or somatic healing, I’ve simply learned how to work with womb healing and sound! It is amazing what happens when we begin to awaken the throat center because it is directly connected to our auric field.
I have had women in voice-womb circles and 1:1 sessions experience all kinds of spontaneous healing, simply by the working with our voice and sound, because we are essentially rivers of water waiting to be in flow again! Having your voice shut down is like having a dam in your energy field! You feel blocked, frustrated and running into the same traumas and blocks over and over again. Until you liberate yourself, naturally, via the use of sound and energy!
