Women are feeling empty despite all the spiritual work they are told to do, and it’s with very good reason. Let’s get to the bottom of it.
Why you still feel empty, despite your ‘spiritual work’
This is why ‘successful’ women can have the job, the home, the children, etc. and yet still feel empty:
You are reaching for something that was never designed to fill you up.
You are playing out society’s definition of success without ever asking your BODY and SPIRIT what success would TASTE and MOVE like if it had a life of its’ own.
A woman’s body knows far more than her mind.
If you feel empty there’s a very good reason for it. That emptiness does not go away. There’s something deep inside yearning to be found, revealed, unleashed, integrated.
DO NOT SHY AWAY from finding out what that is, because without it, you will forever be caught in the loop of depletion and scarcity, no matter what spiritual ritual or affirmation you try.
It is the job of WOMAN to find out what satiates her spiritual body, not MAN. If you are chasing something created by the manufactured patriarchal system (i.e. spiritual light, a job, a love, anything outside of you) I invite you to start chasing something deeper.
Something so ancient, so primal, only your body will have language for (for example: body chills, deep grief related to knowing, deep fear of following your intuitive nudge).
Spirituality does not happen outside of you, it can only happen within. Any promise of something external satiating your spiritual heart is like promising fast food will satiate the need for a home-cooked meal.
Stop seeking rituals, affirmations, astrological alignments or the next big healing sessions.
Start learning how to drop into the depth of your body wisdom and follow the nudge of your universal soul intelligence.
