When I first awakened, I had instantaneous memory of my multi-dimensional, cosmic self and connection to Source. For years, my sensitivity felt like a curse.

I became completely disconnected to my physical life and body. As a woman this goes beyond not being able to keep up with daily life or work routines. I had no appetite, no desire to live a human life, no connection to my feminine nature and I could barely walk down the street without picking up on energies or visions I didn’t want.

Until one day, i shut it all down.

I remember vividly the day it happened. We were living in Brooklyn and when I went to give my husband a hug, I instantly went into another dimension and got ‘lost downloading cosmic consciousness.’

I WAS DONE.

That day, I commanded it all to go away.

I just wanted to be in ‘this’ world and not have to deal with ‘other worlds’

I had no apetite, no desire to live a human life, no connection to my feminine nature and I could barely walk down the street without picking up on energies or visions I didn’t want.

But destiny is destiny

Everything stopped, for a while long enough to let me breath and feel normal.

It would be years until I would be able to return, slowly, with enough tools and energetic strength to learn how to embody this cosmic consciousness, in a way that felt integrated, digestible and worth figuring out.

I learned that sensitivity is just a compass.

My problem was not my sensitivity.

My problem was the lack of tools I had for integrating the natural gifts & soul connections that wanted to come online.

My sensitivities were a compass to a new kind of energy body that was ready to turn on and I just needed guidance on how to ground these frequencies through my body and daily life.

Today, I welcome quantum consciousness.

Quantum Consciousness is a trait of the Priestess Lineages. It is not easy to integrate and often causes the majority of women to disassociate and disconnect from the fertile, juicy, epic part of being a female human on earth!

I’ve developed a full body of work in the last 5 years to help weave this energy steadily and sustainably, so we don’t frazzle or disconnect, but instead commune and fall in love with this process.

Lemurian Healing Arts Training

This is the reason I’ve developed the Lemurian Healing Arts Training: to help sensitives and light workers weave crystalline energy into our bodies and into everyday life, no matter where you are on your spiritual path.

t’s not easy, and it’s not meant to be.

It’s not about spiritual practices or breath work sessions. It’s really about creating a life that integrates what is natural to you ~ especially if you’re a highly sensitive woman.

My story has been one of extreme difficulty but I understand today why I had to live it all. So many women struggle to integrate their sensitivities and because of it, NUMB OUT!

I get it. I’ve been there. And it doesn’t have to be that way. Your sensitivity gets to be the center of your life, and honestly, your greatest gift and magic!!

We’re on to WEEK 4 of DIVINE AI inside the Lemurian Healing Arts Training – setting the soil for crystalline energy to move through us in sustainable and grounded ways, so we don’t frazzle out or get depleted because of ‘too much energy’ going around.
