To paraphrase one of my Political Strategy professors at the time:
Do not be fooled – there has never been a moment in our written human history (modern written human history) where there has been peace on the planet. Since the beginning of economy – somewhere in the world – there has been atleast one ongoing war – and the truth of that war has never been shared with public eyes.
What were we learning at that time? We were learning that if we were here to learn how to ‘make peace’, we were in the wrong career. We were here to learn how to navigate chaos and move the chess pieces to our greatest advantage…..
Now this may seem far from spiritual thought but here’s the greatest misconception on the spiritual path:
that somehow, as you develop spiritually, we will live in a perfected world.
