Today I’m sharing a Womb Healing Experience that happened right after our online Summer Solstice ceremony.
I don’t normally share these experiences but I think it’s important to speak on the reality of what clearing generational patterns can look like and how you can do this too! If you are interested in spontaneous healing or working with portal energy for womb healing, this blog is for you!
With all the womb talk I’ve been doing on Social media, I’ve received plenty of questions about how to implement practices that will support womb healing experiences (which is discussed inside Menstrual Magic)
But womb healing can also happen if we are ready for it during so many magical portals!
In my case, I am constantly working with the tools inside the Menstrual Magic Course, so I can’t say that it was the ENERGY ALONE. But what I can say for a fact is that when we are clear on our intentions and have set the foundations for the womb clearing (or any clearing for that matter) to occur, then it will.
If you have NO connection to your womb this blog is not a promise to say that you can experience womb healing in the same way. I do believe all that I teach in the Menstrual Magic course is my foundation for this experience (hence my passion for teaching it!).

Womb Healing with Portal Energy
Unexpected Womb Healing Ceremony
In the morning, I had been working with sound and chanting and I began to tune into the Solstice and ask the following questions:
– What is the theme right now for me?
– Where am I standing?
– What do I desire?
– Where have I come from since the Spring Equinox
It became apparent to me that my past generations were coming to the forefront. I began to feel their imprints in my body, mind and field. I could feel how their memories in my womb were creating ripple effects in my life today (this is what I mean when I say we hold 7 generations of our lineage in our womb. How perfect that I am shown what I speak….). These ripple effects were creating pain points and belief systems around things I no longer desired to experience and had been working on for quiet some time.
So I honored them. I felt gratitude for their human experience of all they went through and I began to ask for the clarity and the guidance to occur. I let it be and trusted that it would be taken care of now that the Solstice Portal was showing me this was to be one of my themes to work on at this time.
TRUSTING THE GUIDANCE
I wasn’t going to record a ceremony that day. I had other plans to ‘get things done’ but for some reason my body started to rearrange the house and show me that there were other priorities in place! So when these things happen, we listen!
I put everything together to create a YouTube video about the Solstice Themes and then began to tune into the Ceremony. If I were to host the ceremony then I would need my magical items and such. So I arranged the space as needed and began the show!
SOLSTICE CEREMONY
Although Ceremony gets to be a part of our daily life, these portals of Equinox & Solstice certainly require their due attention. My path began with these portals and always brings me back to them. From what I have seen working with these portals the last decade of my journey, the more you work with them, the more they work with you.
So Ceremony began. This time I decided to focus more on energy work and holding the new frequencies in our bodies. One of the Solstice themes covered in the YouTube Video is about DNA Activation and how our bodies are upgrading so quickly. I find that when this is happening, it is very supportive to work with the energy. Letting the energy merge with you. Get comfortable with it. Get to know it and feel it. The weirdest part of all this is NOT knowing what energy feels like so ceremony is a great way to go deeper into that sensation since the Portal is wide open to receive and feel the cosmic flows.
RECEIVING THE INTENTION
The way I work with Intention may be a bit different than what you may have experience with.
I don’t believe our intentions come from the Mind. At least not the intention that is really meant for our highest evolution. I believe and have been shown that our greatest practice is to stay EMPTY and allow the intentions to come through you. So this is what we walked through inside the Solstice Ceremony while getting clear on our intentions for this season.
It was clear that what I was releasing in this Ceremony was related to the generational patterns I was shown that morning. We went through the entire ceremony and this time I was guided to share a new way of doing the release work.
RELEASING THE TEMPLATES
When we do energy work, it is always important to follow it up with physical action. This is why often we are told to do something with writing or working with the elements. I did my homework as instructed during the Ceremony and the release began. I felt so much gratitude for all those who came before me as I released them back into the portals of time and Space. Simultaneously I could feel the excitement and joy for the energy and soul lineage that was so ready to guide me forward.
Upon arriving back home I began to feel the repercussions of the ceremony. My body felt wired and tired. It was hard for me to stay standing up right and I could barely hold my thoughts together. Instead of finishing up some work I was clearly meant to take a nap.
That nap was a typical Portal nap if you’ve ever had one! You’re in and out. You’re not here or there. It’s like a fuzzy tv that isn’t really landing on any channel. You can feel energy moving through your mind and spirit and eventhough it’s super weird, you know there is clearing and activation happening. So I made the best of it and rested alongside my Kitten, Osiris, who is a master meditator and energy worker!
WOMB CLEARING
Now here is the part I haven’t experienced before!
As I woke up, I assumed I was clear. I had to get ready to teach a Pilates class (which is always so weird when you’re traveling dimensions and then you have to put on your ‘work hat’ LOL) and it hit me.
WOMB CRAMPS
I’m on day 10 of my cycle. I don’t get cramps at this time of my cycle. EVER. And I don’t get cramps generally to begin with so this was NOT normal for me.
They came in and started getting stronger.
I quickly realized that all I had been doing until that point (sharing about Menstrual Magic, teaching about clearing the womb, and working on an upcoming course about how the throat and womb work together to CLEAR OUR PATTERNS) was HAPPENING in REAL TIME!
Yes, Excited to see it work is great.
But No, having to experience Womb Cramps after all this in such a short time window before heading out was NOT in my plans.
So I decided to do what I had been sharing with so many other women.
YONI-STEAM & Womb Clearing!
I quickly got my yoni steam together, created a space to steam and sat.
SIGH 🙂 that sensation of arrival with nowhere to go and nothing to do.
CLEARING WOMB TEMPLATES
When we arrive to a yoni-steam, it’s like our Inner-goddess and all the lineages before us are clapping in the heavens. Your body arrives to a place of absolute REST and Healing. It’s like nothing else.
Immediately I felt the steam and the herbs work their magic. I began doing my yoni-steam meditation and calling in the energy to support my womb clearing.
What I felt next was incredible.
Not only did I feel the past generations exit my spiritual body and womb, I could feel my reconnection to my True Soul Expression happen right after. I was shown exactly what was happening in the womb space and watching as the womb matrix restrored itself to it’s original design.
It was beautiful. It was potent. It was, SIMPLE.
Happy to share that the cramps immediately left and all the goodness of a yoni-steam healing session came in. And this was in about just 15 minutes because that Pilates class was waiting for me.
I think it’s important to share this experience for 2 reasons:
– So much of healing today feels very animated and theatrical. If you are not yelling to demons, shaking like a salt shaker or drinking ayahuasca, somehow the healing isn’t potent. I have found some of the more potent healing experiences by working directly with Pure Crystalline energy and going straight into cellular templates. The West has this weird fascination with drama and we’ve implemented that into the healing world (can you guess where that comes from..?
The truth is, when you are working with the higher frequencies, it gets to be simple. It gets to be loving. It gets to be smooth and tranquil. Because the real initiation, the real ‘sealing’ of energy will come afterward. You will ALWAYS be tested after a healing experience. And if you went to the Amazon jungle or to your home bathroom for a yoni-steam, the TEST is the SAME. It will ALWAYS come down to how you pass the test, not how you choose to have the ‘healing experience’.

– Healing can occur at any moment and is always divinely orchestrated to meet us in Divine Timing. Our job is to show up daily, consciously, with a good heart and sincere integrity. If we can do that, the rest will always be taken care of and completed when we are ready to hold the next Level of our Expression. I had been working with this theme of generational patterns for over a year. I received a lot of clarity before this moment so it’s not like this happened magically on its own. But I will say that by bringing awareness to these aspects of our lives and showing up with the willingness to create the necessary changes, these portals are massive opportunities to activate and upgrade our consciousness and life.
THE WOMB AS OUR CENTER
Since moving to the northeast from Hawai’i, I have noticed the energy is very different to work with. Let’s just say that energy work and spiritual support is much easier in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, on the original land of Lemuria, compared to the density of New Jersey and New York. Here, it’s like sitting in a cobweb. You have to work A LOT to get just a little going.
Any who, I am happy to share that my meditation and connection to the Divine were restored after this experience. I could feel what I feel when I close my eyes in Hawai’i. That immediate connection and guidance that is always meant to be there.
This was showing me that what I kept repeating in the last few weeks was also true: your womb is the center of your spiritual work.
So many of us are currently called to do spiritual work but won’t dare to speak or touch the topic of the womb. I find that the deeper we anchor into the womb, the higher we sore. The Lower we can drop into the Center of this Sacred and Holy Space, the more bandwidth we create to hold the incoming frequencies.
